Poor communication and customer service

I am very disappointed and angry with the service I received from Phat Galz boutique. I placed an order on the 26th February 2025 on their website and paid the full amount, including courier fees, but till today I have not received my order in full. They failed to even communicate with me regarding my order and by the time they responded only to tell me that the items I had ordered were out of stock. This was not even communicated with me, and how did they accept my order and my money when the items were out of stock!? They told me one of the items were available but that item has still not been delivered to me. I'm very disappointed!
