Phat Galz Boutique worse online/store to purchase they dont deliver, sells lies

So on the 4th of February I placed an order at Phat Galz Boutique promised delivery 7-28 working days. After 30 days I query on where is my order on their WhatsApp number *** they respond saying "they will forward my query through" after 2 weeks I ask on how far is my query response was "I should chose something else" I respond saying I no longer want anything from the store, I just want my money back again the response was that they will forward my query through. I waited again for another month (April) now, I query still insisting that I should select/chose something else from the store. They request for my banking details worse due to the lack of being professional they even ask for the amount I deposited. On the 4th of June will be the 4th month that these people do not want to refund back my money. I do not understand why they are delaying and after numerous attempts with requesting a refund. 24 May I queried on my refund again they want me to chose something else. I do not want anything else they failed to deliver on the items I had ordered that is what I wanted. Why sell something you can not deliver and expect me to chose something else no that is so wrong. This store deserves a negative rating
