Phat Galz Boutique delaying with refund

I've been buying dresses from PhatGalz Botique since 2020/21 & I love them, have referred my family & friends. Their service has been very bad towards end of 2023, orders take weeks up to a month to be couriered. Ordered & paid R600 for dresses on 5th December 2023, only when I enquired on 18th December was I told by Amanda that Supplier is out of stock. I had two options, either make another order or get a refund. Opted for a refund, I did send my banking details. I've been enquiring, still no refund till today. That's false adverti*****t to the consumers, selling goods you don't have & refusing to pay back the money
