Order placed but not received and i don't get any response from Phatgalz.

I placed an order on 29 November 2023 and I still haven't received it. I have sent several emails with no response from Phatgalz. I even sent sms'es after trying to call them, but they didn't reply.

This is the most unprofessional I ever came across.
