I ordered a dress online on the 21st of September, 27 September I received a call from the customer service reps saying that the dress I ordered was sold out so I had to choose a different dress and I did. I haven't heard from the since. These people do not communicate with their customers, it's as if they are doing us a favour even though we pay for the service they render Trash customer service.
