On the 24October bought a dress from them online but never received them so i requested a refund, on the 03November i did a follow up, the sales lady gave me an un contact number to contact regarding the refund. I contacted the number she gave me and was promised I would get my money back on Monday the 20th of November. Later on that day I remind the sales lady , she blue ticked me. When she decided to reply to my messages she just gave me another number to contact, I was told the owner of this number is the manager, when i messaged him ,he blue ticked my messages . I want my money back , R650 is a lot of money to me .
