Fedup customer

I ordered and paid for 2 dresses on the 8th of March. The turn-around period adverstised is 7 days, but till today I have not received my dresses. I have been taken from pillar to post, one person told me that they are still waiting for the dresses. The worst is that there is very poor communication. I am now fed-up and I want my money back. This is not the first time I'm experineving problems with them, but I thought the first time was a mistake and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!
