Customer service don’t exist

On the 21 June 2023 I placed an order via the boutique site for a total of R4950. Sent proof of payment on number given on the site as well to the email address. Till this day no dresses have been received nor have received an email or message or call as to why the order has still not been received. Have sent WhatsApp messages, email and called, all I get is, Apologies for the late response will fix this, or our team will be working on it or will check for you and get back to you. Am lost for words with this boutique, meaning of customer service is not know, it doesn’t exist with them. Just the courtesy call to advise me as their client if there were issues or what, none whatsoever.
