Bad service

I placed an order 3 months ago, they don't respond to my texts on social media and emails. They're landline has never worked. R1000 gone to waste.

Previously I placed an order of 3 different dresses but they delivered 2 same designs and one of which was correct. When I laid a complaint, they said I should use my own money again to courier a dress of which they made a mistake on the first place.
