Bad Service

I bought a dress online on the 27 June 2024 and I paid the full amount and they confirmed receipt and I was given order #23322 after that they were quiet, after a month I tried to make calls and didn’t get any repl, I sent them an email on 07/08/2024 and they called me after a while saying that they are stil waiting for the dress from their supplier and I told them I’ve been waiting for very long and I no longer need the dress but I want them to refund me, till to date I’ve not received any refund nor any communication from them. People are complaining a lot about their service on Facebook, I don’t want anything to do with this shop all I want from them is my R350.00
