Phase 2 Projects - messed up project and absconded

We used this business to do some home renovations. They are based in Pretoria-Centurion. They messed up the tiling in the shower of the bathroom. They tried to fix it 3 times through patchwork instead of starting from scratch. They then promised to return to fix it properly. They have been fully paid - my mistake. I now cannot get hold of them to fix their mess.
