what a shaddy bunch of people

<p>i recently bought a very expensive car from them , and within weeks of taking delivery it started giving me error messages on the drive train, i notified the dealer and was told to take it to BMW and since it was festive seasons they were fully booked, i managed to get a date in january to take it in, and was told the injectors are ****ed up and need to be replaced.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have bought 3 cars from these people and all fo them always have hidden problems. now they forcing me to return a car and take another one, which i am refusing as i dont want to deal with these people anymore no refer anyone to them as they are quick to get the deal but they dont want to tak resposiblity of their own mistakes.</p> <p> </p> <p>they say the took the car to AA dekra for roadworthy, and after taking delivery i took the car to BMW clearwater for quality check and there car stayed there for 2 days as they had to replace rear brakes and refused to hand it over to me as they say it is a critical issue and must be cahnged before they can releasee the car to me. i advised delaership to take their car back as i dont want it anymore since they have not been transparent with me which they refuse but only want me to take another car which will never happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have now handed over the matter to my lawyers who are gathering all the paperwork and also i will have to drag that DEkra station that gave them roadworthy without brakes on the car.</p> <p>this i will fight to the end, i cannot have a car for less than a month and have injector problems on a very expensive car.</p> <p>dealt with bennie the salesman and their manager Willem also trying to rob me of my money, saying they can take the car back less R99 000 while they knew very well it had faults.</p> <p> </p> <p>too quicky to do a deal soyou can drive away from their floor.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
