********* behavior
I bought a vehicle from Pharoah Auto Invest. Unfortunately at the time of buying the vehicle the dealer did not send my vehicle for the required quality check, without my knowledge. When I took the vehicle for my first service I was informed that the vehicle's motor plan is not on my name as the vehicle has not been brought in by the dealer for the required quality check to transfer the motor plan. After the quality check I was then informed by BMW that the car's tyres are critically worn. I then contacted the owner who first made me wait 2 months for an answer and who now tells me that they will not fix the tyres due to the millage I have done on the vehicle. Now I do not dispute the use of the vehicle but how do I know that at the point of buying the vehicle the car was not sold with the worn tyres? Also I am now questioning the integrity of the dealer if they in fact knew that the tyres on the car were worn and therefore held off on the quality check of the vehicle so that I take responsibility for this defect? This instills no confidence in me as a customer as the dealer has deliberately put my life in danger.
We refute your claims in their entirety.
The vehicle was bought with 3,400kms, it was practically brand new as were the tyres. The roadworthy attests to this fact.
You subsequently travelled 9,000kms before visiting BMW for the quality check, which you had agreed to carry out as you did not wish to wait for the delivery of your new car. We agreed to this arrangement in good faith.
Furthermore, BMW has confirmed that the vehicle and associated plans/warranties, are in your name.
We would like to state emphatically that the owner was never contacted in this regard, should you have done so the matter would have been addressed with a solution based on the facts, versus your online accusations which are completely baseless.
Should this response not be clear enough, please feel free to contact the dealership directly.
Best wishes,
Pharoah Auto Investments

We have again confirmed with the manager, Mr Basheer Minty, that you have only liaised with him regarding the matter. Your salesman was Cameron Frankland.
We regret your disappointment, but stand by our views.
