Terrible Customer Service

I really have received terrible service from Pharoah Investments, I purchased a vehicle from them two months ago and am still waiting for them to solve issues like the spare key and brakes on the car which are worn. I have followed up with the Salesman – Crown for the past 2 months and delivered my car at Pharoah Investments 4 times and the issues I raised have still not been attended to. Everytime I follow up with this salesmen I get promises with out any action and I always have to follow up with them to my disappointment nothing is ever done. I really was expecting decent service from this dealership but this is terrible service as customers time and concerns are never addressed. • Safety of the brakes • Tires being the wrong sizes • Spare keys issues
