Refund for all their faults

Its now the 4th month I had this car and it went for repair 3 times. The first 2 repair was paid by the garage because it was exterior faults that we saw. Now on the 22 June I had a problem with this car and I sent an email to Lehan explaining to him my situation which he never rep**** to, until the 24 June saying they can't pay for that because it's a normal wear and tear. And this car was never taken for mechanical assessment to check if the isn't any faults in the bonnet. Because the very same part that broke had rust on it. I had to part with R686.22 for the car to be repaired, now they don't want to refund me. I'm not happy with this because the very same car failed road worthy test and Lehan didn't say anything to me by the time he gave me the car. I had to run around and take the car for road worthy with my money because I'm at another province and they promised to refund me but till today I'm still waiting and I don't know until when. I regret big time to deal with you and I won't recommend anyone to buy from you. No wonder why consultants beg customers to log compliment on hello peter and promise to give them R500 in return. Your after sale service is very bad I must say.
