What a refreshing experience it was dealing with Travolta during the purchase of my car. He surely set a new standard for customer service, I work in a customer service environment myself and not only did he inspire me but he redefined what it means to fight for your customer. I am truly grateful for the extents he went into to ensure I get the car I wanted. My brother also bought a car from Pharoah a few years back and he was raving about the customer service, thanks to Travolta now i got to experience that myself and needless to say i will point any friend and family member that looking to buy a car to Travolta.
