pharoah's auto investments worst dealership ever!! ***** ***** ***** *****!!!!

Below is a summary of events that transpired upon purchasing a vehicle from pharaohs auto investments. I purchased a vehicle from pharaohs auto investments on the 6th October. Upon delivery the salesman Basheer **** about selling price and upped the agreed price by R10000. Agreed price R740000 with my trade in. However upon collection I was told the vehicle price was R749000-00. none the less I had already paid the deposit prior to collection and agreed to take the vehicle at the higher price. Prior to collection of the vehicle Basheer agreed to repair defects on the vehicle .Upon collection/delivery of the vehicle the defects that were supposed to be repaired were not repaired. please see collection form attached which I filled in when I collected car. Defects were as follows: Air con not working, Ashtray broken, Window tint has bubbles, No Service books, Roof liner is damaged and was not repaired. Driver side A pillar clips broken, Missing *****s by rear wing, Chip on windscreen. To date I have had no communication from them regarding the repair of the defects. I have instituted legal action via my attorney's and was sent an sms from Basheer on the 16 November advising that Scott(the owner) wants to meet with me. I then called Basheer and he advised that we should meet to resolve the issues by Tuesday the 20th November. I then called on the 20th of November to confirm if our meeting was still on and he said that Scott is not available and he will call me to let me know when Scott is available. to date I have not received any communication from them. On the 20th October I was driving from PTA and got pulled over by metro police. I then got arrested for a **** permit aka ***** on the vehicle as the cops said they ran the permit and it was ****. It Costed me R10000 in legal fees and had to appear in court on the 22nd October and still have to re-appear on the 16th January thus resulting in more legal fees. I also had my firearm confiscated and the offices are refusing to return it even though it has absolutely nothing to do with what I was arrested for. Upon being arrested I called the salesman and he insisted the permit was real however he got the info wrong as to where the permit was issued from when the cops questioned him. Dealership hasn't contacted me to date regarding this nor have they provided any supporting documentation to prove the permit is valid. The Total purchase price was R749000 and I have traded in my Porsche and paid an amount of R225000 which amounts to R349000 and opted to finance R400000. my financed amount shows as R600000 which means that I bought the R ********** car for a total of R940000 I called in to the landline and Basheer to query this and have not gotten any feedback. I was also charged R6000 for licensing fees etc. yet I had to pay R1500 to get new license plates and a disc due to them not having delivered the new plates or disc to me after my outstanding licenses had been paid. This whole incident has turned from a dream car achievement to a nightmare and unfortunately the dealership does not want to own up and take accountability for their ********* actions. As a consumer it is my right to the following: • Right to Equality in the Consumer Market and Protection Against Discriminatory Marketing Practices; • Right to Disclosure of Information; • Right to Fair and Responsible Marketing; • Right to Fair and Honest Dealings; • Right to Fair, Just and Reasonable Terms and Conditions; • Right to Fair Value, Good Quality and Safety; • Right to Accountability from Suppliers. Pharaohs has failed me on all the above points and I believe that they should be dealt with in a manner that sets an example for ******** dealerships and ******** sales people.
