NO MESSAGE WAS TRANSLATED TO PHONE ME BACK
Good Day,<br> <br> Bennie Janse van Vuuren never translate the message to his suppervisor to phone me back as promised.<br> <br> I am still waiting for the call - as the dealer states my car is road worthy and the dealer that serviced my car states differintly.<br> <br> I dont know who is who in the zoo any more.<br> <br> Thank you,<br> <br> Anina Strassburg<br> ***<br> <br> <br>

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and apologise for the fact that you fell our communication with you has been unsatisfactory.
In respect of the Hello Peter complaint - I monitor and respond to the comments on Hello Peter and do not work on Fridays - hence your comment was only read today.
I do know that the manager called you earlier, and left a message on your mobile.
As far as our records indicate a Road Worthy test was carried out by STS Centurion on 10 January 2015. The car was found to be Road Worthy.
The dealer who has given you the information which has confused the issue, may be better able to clarify this for you.
