The service received at Pharoah is truly amazing, from the moment you walk in each staff member is so friendly and helpful. We purchased a vehicle recently and Shawn (sales rep) was so patient and helpful and answered any questions we had with a smile. Irvin (finance) was super helpful, advised us of everything and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal and that we were happy. Shawn and Irvin moved at a fast pace to get everything sorted and kept us informed each step of the way, customer service, courtesy and respect is very hard to find, so well done to you guys for truly raising the bar. They are so professional and efficient and honestly we will not go to any other dealer going forward, because at Pharoah they go all out to ensure you receive a good deal and they don't rush you and the after care service is also truly amazing. They are a real gem!
