False Advert - Poor after sales
Saw & Purchased a 2007 Jeep Rubicon with 122,500km from Pharoah that was advertised with a full service history & immaculate , When the vehicle was delivered just in time for it to fall into the dealers financial year end , the car stunk inside like a cigar factory and the inside was not clean at all , After delivery I found that the service book / history ended at approximately 50,000km & not 122,500km , After I cancelled the deal with the bank , Pharoah agreed to take the car back , but we had to drive it back to Pretoria they where not intrested & almost 1 month later we are still waiting to hear if this deal has finally be reversed and cancelled. We have to continually contact the dealership ,never the other way around.Try get hold of the Owner Scott - Good Luck. Enough is enough. when the same vehicle was advertised again after we returned it ,it did not say \ full service history"on the new advert."""
Dear Mr Blackman,
Please accept that it is a major concern for Pharoah Auto Investments that your transaction was not concluded successfully and we have taken your noted concerns to heart.
It is however imperative that we clarify the following points:
1. We had no intension to falsely advertise this vehicle, it was an oversight in our administrative systems, which has been addressed.
2. Upon our request this transaction was cancelled with the bank, and the cancellation via the banks internal procedures, was concluded on 16 March 2015.
Mr Pharoah has confirmed that he has had a telephonic discussion with you, and looks forward to meeting you in person.
Once again, our sincere apologies for not concluding your transaction successfully.
Kind regards
Deon
