Excellent attitude, service and professionalism

I came across a car that I was interested in from the Pharoah Auto website and I decided to arrange a viewing for today via Dion with Shawn. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, offered complimentary beverages and the overall reception from Shawn was excellent. I opted for a tested drive and the filling out of the necessary paperwork was quick. In parallel, the car was promptly brought to reception area for my test drive. The consultant (forgotten his name) who companied me was also very knowledgeable on the car and friendly too. Upon returning, the value offered for my tradein vehicle was shared with me by Dion (telephonically due to him being located at another branch). The car was lovely and I would have certainly bought it but unfortunately I had my heart set on a higher value for my tradein than that offered and the deal didn't materialise. Nonetheless, the service and professionalism from both Dion (telephonically) and Shawn was great. The quality of the vehicle was excellent too. I would certainly recommend Pharoah Auto Investments as well as dealing with these two consultant's to others.<br> <br> Ranish
