I never thought I’d ever find myself writing a five-star review for a used-car dealership, but so exceptional was the service I received at Pharoah Auto Investments that I feel the need to do precisely that.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional, with each and every member of the team that I dealt with displaying the same genuine passion and enthusiasm for their job and an authentic customer-centric approach.

In particular, the salesman with whom I dealt, Ryan Joshua, was refreshingly down-to-earth, helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile. Despite being the newest member of the team, his professionalism shone through at all times.

Special mention also to the in-house finance consultant, Irvin Sammons who took all the hassle out of applying for finance and negotiating the most favourable interest rate all at the speed of light!

In chatting to the owner, Scott Pharoah, he indicated that it’s his intention to turn people’s perceptions of car dealerships on their heads—and that’s precisely what he and his team managed to do for me.
