PharmaScout not doing business ethically

We used to be a customer of PharmaScout. After 1 year that we are no longer using their services and ended an agreement, they decided to debit our account for a monthly fee. Unsure how they are able to generate a debit order without our permission as we are fully paid up when we left their services. Tell's you something about the way they do business
