Unacceptable delays, incorrect order, and unfulfilled refund

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.This issue has been ongoing since 18 December and has included:

• Significant delivery delays
• An incorrect product being supp****
• Numerous follow-ups from my side
• A promised partial refund that has still not been processed

I was informed that a partial refund would be issued because the Scar Science tape was discontinued. I submitted my banking details immediately as requested. To date there has been no refund and no confirmation that payment has even been processed.The lack of communication and failure to honour commitments reflects very poorly on your customer service and internal processes.At this point, I am still waiting for:

• Confirmation that the refund has been processed
• The funds to reflect in my account

This experience has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved urgently, as customers should not have to chase repeatedly for basic resolutions.
