Poor Service-No communication

Believe the reviews you see on their website, HelloPeter, or Google Reviews , they’re not beating any red flags.

🚩 Red Flag #1: No estimated delivery date. I placed an order on 16 January 2026 and to this day, I haven’t received the order or any meaningful update.

🚩 Red Flag #2: Paying extra for communication. Why should customers pay more just to receive updates from the CEO or get basic delivery info — on top of already paying for shipping?
