Poor service and no product received

Ordered a product on 28 December and after i send an email asking when the product will arrive i was told it was out of stock and will ony be processed next week which will basically be a month from ordering. Wish i checked the reviews befor ordering as i will never order from them again. No communication and never was i advised the product was out of stock when ordering. plus it is a skin care product for a bad skin condition.
