POOR DELIVERY SERVICE

I am a regular online shopper and have never experienced such poor service ever! I bought material for our business from Pharmadiv and 1 item was missing and I enquired they said they going to look into it. Few days passed, I tried to do a follow-up they never responded till to date. I am disappointed, if possible I would not even rate one star they deserve zero
