Pharma Div such an *********** business

I placed an online order for baby essentials with Pharma Div. The order was placed on 29 January 2023. Today is the 02 February, and I still have not received my order or even tracking details updating me about my order. i sent a whatsapp -The whatsapp line number is not working. I called nobody is picking up the *** number. I sent a message to the online chat tool - and I got a response saying the operators are not available. What kind of business is this? Where is my order???
