Pathetic service

On 1/1/2027 I placed an order , number #785209 with Pharmadiv. After about 8 emails I have still not received any thing or explanation for the delay from them. Every time I get promised that the order will be expedited and they will send the delivery detail I have still not received any thing . when asked to cancel the order and give me a full refund, that was just ignored.
