Paid for Product – No Delivery, No Response, No Accountability

On 21/11/2025, I purchased a 5-litre Bioscrub from the Pharmadiv website for R657.36, plus R100 delivery. To date, I have not received my product. When you call their listed number ***), no one answers. Their website directs you to WhatsApp, but the auto-reply says they are unavailable and asks you to email. I have emailed them multiple times and have never received a single response. I searched online and found many other customers experiencing the same issue, as seen on HelloPeter. This is daylight *******. I do not earn a large salary, and losing money like this is unacceptable. The fact that they ignore customers outright speaks volumes about their business ethics. To make matters worse, when you purchase from their website, you do not receive any invoice or proof of purchase. I filed a complaint with the National Consumer Commission.
