Order Paid, No Delivery or Refund After Months

I placed an online order on 26 January (R846.25) and have still not received my products. Despite numerous follow-ups, the company has failed to deliver or process a refund.

Communication has been extremely poor. I was repeatedly told to contact someone named Chris, but multiple emails to him have gone unanswered. I’ve also received conflicting information about stock availability — first there was no stock, then there was, yet nothing has been shipped.

At this point, I have a long email trail with no resolution.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business here if you value your money.
