Order not fulfilled, refund not processed for more than 5 months

Order: #827484 I ordered some products from them on 21 January 2026. By end of February 2026 still not delivered. I contacted to enquire & was promised delivery. In March I contacted them again where I ended up asking them for my refund since they were not delivering. I was give an email Adress to contact Chris who promised that the Finance department will attend to my refund. Since March whenever I send a follow up email they keep on promising the payment will clear within a week till today. No refund and no products delivered. This company is a **** that does not even deserve a star review: terrible customer care & empty promises. I’m really disappointed ☹️
