Order is still not dispatched and the company is not responding to calls. ****mers

I placed an order with this company more than 10 days ago. I called them a week ago and they promised to dispatch it last week. I have been calling them and no one is picking up the call anymore. I do not believe this is a legit business. I have just gone through other reviews now and I wish I had read them before placing my order with them. They are a **** and should be investigated. It is weird how after every bad review, miraculously there is a good review without responding or addressing the plight of the other disgruntled customers. Hence I say, this is a front of a business. It is a **** fronting as a legit business
