Not refunding my money!

The absolute worst service!! Now they’re behaving like a bunch of ******* and have not refunded my money, despite providing my banking details on 4 May, responding to my email on 6 May, acknowledging receipt of my banking details. Also, their website states a 5 day refund turnaround time. Well, clearly that’s not the case if today is 29 May! Return my money for the products that were not delivered! What a bunch of *********** *******!
