No delivery, No refund from Pharmadiv

I purchased face products on the 2026/07/10, sent a follow up via email and I was told that the order is still being processed. Sent another follow up on the 2026/07/27. Didn’t receive any feedback till date. Logged an enquiry on their platform, got response via WhatsApp that they are still awaiting stock. Did another follow up on their WhatsApp number after a week and got no response. Non of their phones goes through via call. I haven’t even received any of my products or refund till date.
