Previously I had written a review about this company, thinking that it was a **** after I had placed an order & I couldn't reach them. While I was reading the reviews, I came across one review that had a response from the company, it had the company's No. I called the number and luckily it was the director of the company.

I relayed my story to him about my order placed, he apologized & explained what was going on as to why my order was taking long & why they were unreachable. He instantly attended to my order, reassured me that the company is not a ****, the customer service was top notch, he kept communicating throughout the whole process and that made me feel at ease. I received my order, they even gave me one extra formula to show that they were sorry about the setback.
