Pathetic service!!

As all the other reviews state they promise that your goods will be shipped and that you will get shipping details soon until that date and you want a refund and then there is no answer anymore!! The best part is I have ordered from them before and had THE BEST service (2025), and then this year came and absolutely nothing. DON'T GET ****MED!!!!
