Order never delivered, refund still not paid after weeks of follow up

I placed order #859774 with PharmaDiv on 02 April 2026 for medical supplies that I required for a planned operation.

After the order was placed, the status remained "Processing" for weeks with no movement. I repeatedly contacted PharmaDiv via email and WhatsApp requesting an update and an expected delivery date.

On multiple occasions I was informed that my order was "in process", would be "delivered shortly", and that management had escalated the matter. Despite these assurances, no order was delivered and no tracking information was ever provided.

Due to the continued delays and because I could no longer wait for the supplies, I requested a refund on 21 April 2026. Since then, I have received numerous apologies and assurances that the refund has been escalated to the accounts department and is being followed up as a matter of urgency.

Unfortunately, despite weeks of follow up, I have still not received a clear explanation for either:

• Why the order was never delivered. • Why the refund has still not been processed.

What concerns me most is the contradictory communication. While I was being told on email that the order would be delivered shortly, I was simultaneously being told on WhatsApp that a refund was being processed.

At the time of writing this review, I have neither received the order nor the refund.

I am simply requesting that PharmaDiv process the refund without further delay and provide a clear explanation for what happened with this order.
