2 months after order - still no goods received

I ordered Dynacast from PharmaDiv on 25 January 2026 after which my order was confirmed. I enquired about it on 12 February and the reply was that my order was in process and that I will receive it in the following 5-7 working days. It is now 1 April 2026 and I still haven't received any order. I requested a refund on 18 March and have received zero communication since then. As a physiothe****** - I will NEVER order from this company again. I will make sure my colleagues also know to never order from them
