Pending Chronic Medication

I have been experiencing problem with PharmacyDirect for almost 3 weeks, not dispensing my chronic medication Eac time i try to contact them, I'm told that the medication is on hold until i pay the required amount of which i did but when i tried to check the status of delivery, they can't validate my account. I'm without medication for almost 3 weeks now.
