have a complaint.

I bought medication with a prescription from the doctor, and paid over R700+ couldnt buy with my medical aid as i was told some medical aids dont work on saturdays so i paid cash.. and told the cashier i need the receipts to claim money back... I only recieved a receipts with the amount purchased not what was purchased, i then left thinking okay i am set to claim back ... just to find out i now need the receipt specifying all content that was paid for which is correct, i called the pharmacy gave all my info this morning they said they will email me the receipt its 6hours later and still "they are having issues to give me my receipt "and the landline there keeps being busy.Does anyone know who the owners or manager is of the pharmacy called Keyalena... Its situated at the fourways shopping centre/ fourways gardens...next to the spar.? I am now starting to get frustrated..Does anyone know the owner or manger so i can get to the bottom of whatever dodginess is going on . I am not able to claim back as i only have a receipt with an amount.
