Poor service

<p>I am discusted with the poor service I received from pharmacy city n1 city this pharmacy has no service what so ever so it was month end yesterday and all shops are full i take my son into the pharmacy as he has some saws on his head after standing in a long line the lady at the counter sends me to the side to see the pharmacist had to stand in another line while waiting two other people was referred to him while im waiting more then 15 minutes after the pharmacist has seen them he just ignored me standing there finally he ask why im waiting when i told him the lady at the till referred me after 30 minutes of waiting he tell me his staff member should have made a note after waiting for so long i just took my son and walked out without saying a word how do you pay your bills? With customers money let me tell you that there is a lady working with him that's so old seems to be she look close to 80 can this woman still remember or give the correct medication this pharmecist pretended to be so busy but he had time to have a chat with the white man in front of me in line im so sick and tired of poor service if its not from our country its the government i hope you start treating your customers like they valuable and teach your staff to make a note as you clearly stated but i didnt see the other customers with notes poor poor service hope people stop using your store !!!! ****** i found your actions </p>
