Unprofessional conduct

A pharmacy assistant at Lebowakgomo (Mall @ Lebo)-Mr L Magolela, called me on a number which he had access to, privately and on social grounds. He called me after hours around 19:58 and left me 4 missed calls, 1 missed whatsapp call and therefore resorting to a voice message on whatsapp. He was not the personnel who assisted me on the day I asked for a special order for a particular item, but to my surprise; he was calling me and claiming that the number which I left there was not working. I had not left any number for them to call me, instead I asked them to give me their number for me to check if the item was back in stocks.

I was unhappy with being called 5 times and when I told him that it was unprofessional, his response was "whatever," to which he ended up blocking me. I was also unhappy with him calling me using a number he got socially (without having to mention why he actually had that number).

I would like this to be corrected in future as I will still have to come to the pharmacy to get medication. Let us have personnel who know to separate business from pleasure and not to cross or mix this blurry lines.
