********** use of medical aid

I have received 3 claim statement from gems with claims from "Pharmacy at Spar Musina" I have never visited this pharmacy yet they claim from my Medical aid. On the 26th of April 2019 I was hijacked at Witbank CBD and lost my identity documents which includes my ID, passport, bank cards and my Medical card. Now this people are using my medical aid **********ly. I'm very disappointed
