We visited Pharmacy at Spar Kgabo Foro Spar Tlhabane and received thee most ********** service, from entering the pharmacy every employee was busy on their phones except for the dispenser / pharmacist who was friendly and helpful. We proceeded to pay for our medicine and the teller was on her phone and did not even look up to greet us back when essentially she's the one that is supposed to greet us first. She proceeded to scan the item still focusing on her phone and when we asked if this is how they are supposed to be servicing us, she gave us attitude including rolling her eyes and told us that she is helping us in a rude manner. When we asked to see the manager; she said the manager is not around, we went back to the pharmacist to get help with getting hold of the manager who informed us to go to Foro superspar and ask for a manager by Mr Motsamayi to help us. We spoke to Mr Motsamayi who informed us that the pharmacy had been franchazed and it's difficult to get hold of the owner hence the employees behaving in that manner and adviced to contact customer care for further assistance. It is appalling that we get this disgusting service for our hard earned money
