UNDERSTAFFED PHARMACROSS, KRUGERSDORP MEDICROSS

I have been using Pharmacross at the Krugersdorp Medicross since they opened their doors. They have been understaffed since the 1st quarter of 2014 and are in exactly the same position in January 2016. I have complained via email, to which they DID NOT RESPOND and spoke to the 'Manager' of Pharmacross in December 2015, in the presence of a GP at Medicross, Krugersdorp. I got the typical excuses and other nonsense talk, which to me was of NO HELP. I sent them an email with the knowledge of 2 GP's whom I use and to date, have had zero response. Many patients who visit the GP who relocated to Princess Crossing in Roodepoort, STILL use the Krugersdorp Pharmacross, yet they believe the Pharmacy has 'lost business' since the departure of my GP. I visit him at Princess Crossing, BUT PREFER to use the Krugersdorp Pharmacross, although I could go to Dis-Chem or Clicks. They continue to ignore the complaints re the understaffed pharmacy, which for a NETCARE affiliated company, is a POOR REFLECTION of so-called service excellence. Their overworked staff and disgruntled users are being let down badly!
