********** Medical Aid Claims

<p>1. On Monday, dated 27 February 2017 my husband received the following ********** claim:</p> <p>- JENNIFER WATSON, your script ********** is ready at CLICKS THE BERG with a co-payment of R24.05. To change, please call 011 ********** </p> <p>I then called the Bergbrom Medicross pharmacy and was advised that they could not pick up such a message and that i should ignore the above message!</p> <p>2. Then yesterday,dated 28 February my husband received the following ********** claim sms:</p> <p>- Barloworld Medical Scheme acknowledges your claim for JENNIFER on ********** 9073, treated on 27-FEB-2017 by PHARMACROSS MEDIBRON DISPENSAR for the amount of R182.98. Please do not reply on this sms.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you investigate the matter as i was not at this pharmacy on the 27 February 2017. And the staff there do not seem to be aware of what is going on, hence they are just processing these ********** claims. Please treat as urgent!!!</p>
