urgent advice clearly doesn't mean anything

On the 25th of August I sent an urgent query on their website regarding NOVALAC, regarding the consistency of their baby formula. I even attached a photo of the problem that I was experiencing. TO THIS DAY, 2 MONTHS LATER I have not received a word back.
