Novelac HA Baby Feed

I have been in contact with a manager there and we have a problem with the Novelac HA baby milk there is now stock only in PTA and JHB i asked for assistance as my baby cant go with any milk and the awnser i get is to drive 100km for a can of milk and then the person told me i must put my 10 month old baby on solid foods or i must buy a more expensive Novelac for the mean time she was of no help in this matter and just keep saying she is sorry and understands my frustration i put my baby on this milk because that is the only milk she drinks there is just no help from this distrubuter and aspecialy the manager (Elmarie) she alsow does not phone you back after you leave messages you have to phone the next day please help
