Metal found in my babies formula!

I made my babies bottle and apon cleaning the bottle out - i found a piece of metal in his bottle!!! And no this was not from the kettle as i prep his bottles every night and there was nothing in the water that was in his bottle prior to adding his formula!!!

My child could have chocked or cut him self!!!

I then phoned the number on the tin and get sorry the manager is not in, please phone on Monday and thats it!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous
